This project was to build a disabled access ensuite bedroom on the side of a house in Brookhouse for a lady with dementia so her husband can care for her at home. The new build has a master bedroom with a wet room fully fitted with all aids to assist with care. Double doors open out onto a patio at the front and the rear has level door access via driveway.
